Disclaimer
It is important to clarify to customers that your order processing times are different from the shipping times they see at checkout.
All orders are processed between Monday and Friday business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when the order has been shipped.
Any other relevant information, such as possible delays due to high order volume or problems with shipping services, should be indicated at the beginning of this section.
International Shipping
We currently offer international shipping to limited countries and regions.
When shipping costs are calculated: The shipping costs for your order will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process.
Please note that transit times for these shipments can vary significantly depending on the destination country.
Shipping option
Estimated delivery times may vary depending on the season and promotions in effect at the time of purchase of an item.
Your order may be subject to duties and taxes (including VAT), which will be charged once it arrives in the destination country. Muwu Pets LLC is not responsible for these charges which, if applicable, will be borne by the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When we ship your order, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number that you can use to check the status of your order. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to be available.
For local shipments, if you have not received your order within 5 working days of receiving the shipping confirmation email, please contact us at muwuclothing@gmail.com, indicating your name and order number so that we can make the necessary checks. Likewise, for international shipments, if you have not received your order 11 working days after receiving the shipping confirmation email, please contact us at muwuclothing@gmail.com, indicating your name and order number so that we can make the necessary checks.
